Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you choose to delete your account, all of your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
⚠️ Important: This Action Cannot Be Undone
Once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This includes:
What Will Be Deleted
- Account Information: Your parent account and all child accounts
- Learning History: All tutoring sessions, progress data, and achievements
- Rewards: All earned and redeemed rewards
- Personal Information: Email address, profile data, and preferences
- Settings: All customizations and configurations
Data Retention Period
After submitting your deletion request:
- Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in
- Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Email Address: The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation: Please confirm that you understand this action is permanent
